- Supervise wedding rehearsal
- Manage the wedding vendors

- Manage vendor and decor setup at ceremony/reception
- Facilitate the wedding party
- Organize and distribute all personal flowers
- Provide bridal emergency kit
- Provide ushers during ceremony & reception
- Ensure payment of vendor balances
- Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary
- Coordinate entertainment and all announcements at
reception - Pick up any personal items for ceremony/reception 1 week
before wedding and ensure they are transported to site on
day of wedding - Ensure that all personal and rental items are returned after
the wedding and on time
Additionally, for clients abroad who want to hold their wedding in Kenya (Destination couples), we work hand-in-hand with you through e-mail, video conferencing and telephone correspondence before your arrival. We will keep accurate records of the meetings held and decisions made on your behalf. Records can be sent to you, if need be, any time during the planning process.
